I ordered a Tecate in the craptastic town of Penjamo while driving through Mexico this summer. I got this weird can of "Retro 80s Edition" Tecate. Huh?



The translation on the back is (punctuation included): "For the men of the 80's and of today. For YOU"



It tasted the exact same as regular Tecate. What the heck is this all about? Why do I want beer from the 80s? Or beer from today that's branded to remind me that people in the 80s drank it too? And why is it so sexist?
