(Practically Guilt-Free) Banana Yogurt Shake
I am in some ways notoriously unhealthy, but right after going to the gym I have a really hard time, say, slamming a BLT with extra mayo or chowing on a monstrous deep-dish pizza slice. Today was no different so I had a salad post-gym. Go me! However, since we all know salad isn't really real food, immediately afterwards I was craving ice cream. I made this yogurt shake as a way to toe the line between giving in to temptation while not ingesting 2000 calories in one go. It was surprisingly delicious, and satisfying in 2 ways: 1) it satisfied the ice cream craving because it tasted so much like a milkshake, and 2) I was smugly self-satisfied for going down the slightly more virtuous path.

I used lowfat milk and yogurt, because I only had lowfat milk and I think nonfat yogurt tastes weird, but if you use all nonfat dairy products here then obviously you could pat yourself on the back a little more vigorously.
