This weekend I had lunch with some lovely ladies at the nice, low-key Bistro Ralph in Healdsburg. We were intrigued by the "Plate of 1000 Fries" offered as a side dish and felt compelled to order it.



I think there really were 1000 fries on there! But it was also a great menu description because it really made you wonder what you were going to get. They were so small they were hard to eat, but also deliciously crispy, tasty, and of course, addictive as heck.
