If you see something called "Cilantro Roasted Pecan Dip" at Trader Joe's you should buy it, because it's HELLA good. It sounds kind of weird, right? It's like- tangy, creamy, a tiny bit spicy, and not really discernibly cilantro-y or pecan-y. It's like the combination creates a weird flavor vortex of deliciosity.

Luckily I had the foresight to also purchase some whole grain naan and put them in the toaster as a dip vehicle.
