How am I just learning about this fried chicken sandwich at Bakesale Betty's in Oakland, that everyone is crazy for?



I just read about it today on Serious Eats... I am about to hop in the car RIGHT now to go get it. But I have too much to do today, and no one to share it with, and it looks huge. So I am going to go tomorrow. It will be my Christmas present to myself. Merry Christmas to me, I got me 1000 grams of fat flavor.

I can't even handle the fact that I have not yet eaten this.

UPDATE: I ate it. It was pretty good but not so good it made me cry or anything.
