10 Second Tomato Yogurt Dip
I said I would share all of the things I did with my oven-dried tomatoes, so here is the first one. This is super easy to make and was borne of me being hungry and having hardly anything in the fridge. If you don't have oven-dried tomatoes, you can use sun-dried tomatoes from the store, and it will probably still taste pretty good.
The only hard part about this recipe is that you have to clean the blender or food processor afterwards. See the recipe for ideas on how to prevent that step.

10 Second Tomato Yogurt Dip
Ingredients:
- handful of oven-dried tomatoes, with most of their oil shaken off (you can use sundried from a jar, if you don't have oven-dried)
- some plain yogurt, how much depends on how much dip you want to make (whole milk will taste better, but you could use lowfat or nonfat, then you're even being kind of healthy)
- salt
- if you want to be fancy, some herbs like chives or thyme as a garnish (I did not use herbs)
- a dip vehicle such as bread, pita, or tortilla chips
Method:
- Put tomatoes and yogurt in a blender or food processor with a sprinkle of salt. Blend until dip-like.
- Put in attractive bowl and eat with dip vehicle. If you are using the chives, sprinkle them on top before serving.
- Use your charms to coerce nice, unassuming guest (who thinks dip was harder to make than it really was) into feeling compelled to wash blender.
