Our friends, the Roberts (that's 2 guys both named Robert, not people whose last name is Roberts) made us a fabulous dinner last weekend but I don't have the recipes from them yet. So I am going to show you a picture.



This picture in no way does justice to the macaroni and cheese with pancetta creation that we got to eat. My god, it was good. Hopefully Robert will share the recipe so I can share it with all of you- in the meantime just think about it- mac and cheese with pancetta. Oh and these big buttery chunks of toasty bread on top. Mmmm. I wish I had more right now!

We also had a warm chicory salad which was a perfect foil, and a peach crisp that was to die for. So I will plan to hound the Roberts for the recipes and post them when I've got them!
