I Don't See What's So Weird About It
Marianne and I wanted to check out Weird Fish because it's new-ish and because there is usually a big line of people out the door. We went all early-bird style and got there around 6 PM on a Friday night so we didn't have to wait. But it wasn't weird. It was pleasant, but not fabulous. We ate tilapia fish and chips which were not amazing, as I had read in various reviews. And the fries (sorry, the chips) were a little soggy and not too great at all.

The price is OK, considering this whole basket was only 8 bucks. I would probably go again if I didn't have to wait, but I definitely can't see myself waiting for a table there. Also even though it's adorable inside, it's on one of those parts of Mission Street that doesn't have anything else aesthetically pleasing so it's not a pretty walk to get there. Overall, I give it a "meh" rating.
