Day 2 in New Hampshire: Brendan and Nicole decide Michelle needs a French Bread lesson. Michelle is historically a good amateur baker but generally has not focused on it all that much in recent years. Now the whole world knows, she has mastered the boule.



I was amazed at how much this came out like bakery bread. The method of heating the cast iron pot gives it the hard crunchy crust and the moist holey inside. This thing was so good when it was hot!
