(an all-star guest cast + a last-minute meal)

Ross's friend Pablo and his super engaging, interesting dad Peter came for dinner on Friday night, along with an all-star cast of Seth, Kelly, and Michael. It was crazy fun, we stayed up super late and had a great time. Peter regaled us with tales of his world travels and life adventures. Pablo is prepping for a triathalon so of course we wish him luck on that!

It was kind of last minute, so I went with the standby of marinated pork tenderloins, with some doctored up couscous, yogurt sauce, and roasted vegetables. Basically I marinated the pork in a yogurt sauce and before I put the pork in it, I set some aside and that's your sauce. Much easier that way.

Of course we had a caramel pecan ice cream cake in the freezer, which is Pablo's favorite too. Something he and Ross have in common. One of my favorite Friday nights of all time, I think!
