(Ice Cream Cake + Ross's oh-so-subtle hints)

Ross looooooooves ice cream more than anything but he has a hard time resisting its charms. So one time we had 1/2 gallon of Mitchell's mint chip ice cream in the freezer, and I thought, hmm, what could I do with this ice cream to save Ross from himself? Knowing we were having people over in a few days, I decided to try and make an ice cream cake with it. Well, let's just say that I've created a situation in which 1/2 gallons of ice cream now frequently appear in the freezer along with a discussion of the virtues of homemade ice cream cake. So! This is really easy to make except it's kind of messy. But it's a super good hit all around.
