Here's the recipe to try from Super Fun with Social Studies!
I don't remember where it came from originally, my mom clipped it out of something somewhere... but I've changed it a little bit from the original because it was too sweet and not salty enough. It makes enough for 8 people.

I don't remember where it came from originally, my mom clipped it out of something somewhere... but I've changed it a little bit from the original because it was too sweet and not salty enough. It makes enough for 8 people.
Ingredients:
- butter for greasing the pan
- fine grated parmesan or romano cheese for coating the pan
- 2/3 cup sour cream
- 6 oz cream cheese
- 1 T honey
- big pinch salt
- 3 egg yolks
- 4 egg whites
Method:
- Preheat oven to 375. Butter a 9x13 inch ceramic or glass pan and coat it with parmesan. Put the pan in the fridge.
- Mix all remaining ingredients but the egg whites. You can do it in a mixer or just with a whisk, it's OK if it's a little lumpy.
- Beat the egg whites to soft peak and fold the 2 mixes together. Scrape into prepared pan.
- Put it into the oven and lower the heat to 350. Cook for about 20 minutes, until puffed and golden. Serve immediately.
