Welcome to OFF THE (MEAT) HOOK!


Whoa, this thing was hard to name. You don't even want to know some of the names we came up with. Let's just say the adjective "corking" came up a lot, as well as a heated discussion that went something like this:
Aldo: "You know what Karen? Why don't you just call it iamasuperbitchybitch.com."
Me: "Because that url's not available, since YOU already have it." Super mature.
 
Anyhow, Ross and I eat a lot, at our house with friends, at other people's houses, while traveling, or just in the Bay Area, and then we talk about it afterwards. And then sometimes people (including ourselves) later want further information, recipes, or other helpful details about what actually happened. So I am going to write some of them down and hopefully this will be useful and enjoyable for everyone involved.

Here goes!

P.S. Let me give some pre-props to Marghi... because she gave me a lot of ideas, so if stuff seems overly clever Marghi probably thought of it and I poached it.
